THE SPACE TIME TRAVELER
I have lived long enough to know that in this life there are some things that are easy to understand, some things are difficult to understand, and then there are some things that defy all human reasoning! Things such as this are what humans seem to get the most caught up in as they struggle to understand that which cannot be understood!
My name is Dillon Lee Matthews. I’m forty five years old. I was a Special Opps Soldier in the United States Marine Corps. In my youth. Today I’m a “Teacher” of Martial Arts and I own a little training studio in Phoenix, Arizona. I’m not getting rich but it pays the bills. I don’t consider myself an extraordinary person, I’m not famous, rich, or anything that would label me as someone special. Besides being in the Marines I haven’t done anything remarkable in my life! However, that being said, I do have a sharp mind with all my faculties intact! Meaning I’m not a mental basket case with delusions of unreality like someone who sees things that aren’t there and things like that!
Now, what I’m about to tell you is going to be extremely difficult for you to wrap your head around but it’s all true! Whether you want to believe it or not is irrelevant. Like I said, I know I’m not crazy so I know this happened just as sure as I know there’s a God in heaven!
One more thing, I’m not a fortune teller or someone who can see the future, but I know what happened to you yesterday! You, and your entire family! I know this about every living person on the face of this earth here in the 21st century! ALL OF YOU DIED!!! Not one single person was left standing save only myself! I was wide awake last night heading toward California on Interstate I-10. I have relatives living in Riverside county and I was on my way to visit them! My car radio was on and I was listening to oldie songs from the days of my youth! The open desert road was almost completely empty with an occasional “Big-Rig” truck passing at a speed well beyond the legal limit! I was lost in the moment day dreaming of better days gone by but, mentally alert to my driving down the road at about 75 miles an hour!
Suddenly, something strange happened! The night became so dark you could almost cut through the night with a knife! I felt it immediately! In less than a heartbeat My Nissan Altima was surrounded by a bright blinding light! My engine shut down all by itself, my headlights and my radio turned off as well! Right away I felt like I was in the presence of a great evil but I didn’t have time to give it much thought, everything went black! I have no idea how long I was out but when I opened my eyes I was in a strange room! Everything was white and pristine looking you know, like a room set up to be completely free of germs and or bacteria! I didn’t feel like I had been drugged or anything like that but I noticed right way that I had electrodes stuck to my temples on each side of my head! Can this really be? After all the stories we’ve heard over the years of people being abducted by aliens, has this in fact happened to me?

After all the stories we’ve heard over the years of people being abducted by aliens, has this in fact happened to me?
I didn’t realize it but I guess I groaned a little as I exhaled still confused about what was going on! The person at the computer heard the groan and turned to look at me! I didn’t have to look to hard to realize that this person was not human, well, he was not from “Planet Earth!” His eyes were twice the size of a normal Human, he was bald and, he had no ears, just holes in the side of his head! My first estimation was he is one ugly dude! He was wearing a long white smock so I couldn’t see the rest of his physical make up and didn’t really care! I know for a certainty now, I have been abducted by an alien life form and God only knows what his plans are for me! The alien walked toward me smiling as I noticed his mouth wasn’t in the center of his face!
Finally, he spoke, “I see your awake, how do you feel?” His voice was disturbing, sounding like he was talking in a deep tunnel! His eyes had no eyelids so he never blinked giving me a feeling that he was reading my mind and I didn’t like that! I asked the obvious questions: “where am I and what do you want with me?” His voice sounded like the voice of Satan the devil! He said: “We have been studying the “earthling species for a long time and decided it was time to take a closer look at an earthling and you were the one chosen!” I said: “ok, that answers my second question but getting back to the first, where am I right now?”
He said: “You are in our space craft, we are hovering just inside earth’s atmosphere at the moment.” I picked up on the words “our” and “we” immediately, it means he’s not alone, there are other aliens on this space craft with us! He continued: “We have come to the conclusion that the earthling human race is on a non-stop destructive course that will ultimately lead to the extinction of all life on planet earth as you know it!” I felt a cold chill run down my spine! Once again, I asked an obvious question: “Ok, fine, but what business is that of yours? This is our planet, our home, I don’t see how what we are doing with it should be of interest to another species of people who live god knows where else in this infinite universe!” Then it dawned on me…I don’t know where in the hell this spacecraft or its occupants have come from!
I cleared my throat, I said: “exactly where is it you come from?” He said: “We are from the Galaxy, Amora Gora, we live on the planet Zin!” The Amora Agora galaxy is hundreds of light years away from your little “Milky Way Galaxy!” It seems like every time he says something it shocks my human sensibilities! I may not be the brightest lightbulb in the chandelier but even I learned in high school that yes, the Milky Way galaxy is considered a small galaxy compared to other super galaxies in God’s limitless universe BUT…I also know that if you boarded a spacecraft and traveled at the speed of light (186,000 miles per Second) it would take you 100,000 years to travel from one end to the other end of this tiny little Milky Way galaxy!!! Being bewildered and confused doesn’t even begin to describe the mental anguish I was experiencing at his very moment! How could I believe that he has traveled hundreds, maybe thousands of light years across an endless universe just to reach our puny little planet earth! It’s just not possible! I told him this!
His voice broke the silence, he asked me: “would you like to see outside the ship, where we are in relation to your planet earth?” with a little excitement in my voice I said: “Yes, I would love to see that!” walking over to the awesome computer center, he touched something on the table and suddenly, it was like a window appeared out of nowhere and my heart was beating so fast I could feel it pounding in my chest! I realized how few men have ever seen the earth the way I’m seeing it right now! The earth is truly a beautiful blue planet! I think I remember an astronaut once called it the “Blue Jewel” when he also noticed no other planet, or star in the Milky Way galaxy even compared to the beauty of our home…Earth!!
Looking at him he gave me a crooked smile! I said: “what?” He said: “I will show you things no earthling human has ever, or will ever see!” standing at the computer he started doing something I didn’t understand so I stood there and waited. I kept my eye on the window that magically appeared but all of a sudden everything went black almost as if I lost total consciousness! When my vision came back to me I had no idea what just happened! The alien asked: “do you know where you are right now? I said: “No, I sure don’t!” He said: “we just did in one second what you said would take 100,000 years to do traveling at the speed of light! We are literally hovering at the extreme edge of your Milky Way galaxy!”
Intrigued beyond belief, I looked closely at the window and could no longer see my beautiful blue earth! I said: “where is the earth?” using a small laser pointer he pointed to a faint bluish sparkle in the lower west (I think) corner of the galaxy and said: “that’s your planet, earth!” I was speechless! How in the hell could this be possible! My mind is racing! How fast would we have to go in order to reach the edge of the galaxy in about 1.5 seconds? Well, I decided that as long as I’m alive I want to know the answers to these questions! So, I spoke up and asked how is this possible? Looking at me with his bulging eyes, he smiled again. He said: “you don’t realize that your thinking and your intelligence level is stuck here, in your 21st century Earth years. If the human race were to survive it would probably take another ten thousand years before you could even hope to attain to our intelligence level thereby acquiring our technological advancements that we possess today!”
I thought about that, it made sense but I still needed to know how we traveled from one end of the Milky Way galaxy clear to the other end AND, just how fast were we going? The speed had to be astronomical!! So, I said: “well, do you think I might be intelligent enough to understand the explanation on how we traveled so fast we could cross a galaxy like we just did?” Once again, he gave me his creepy smile.
He said: “you see, this is where you’re getting off track! We don’t travel in “Miles per hour” or “miles per second!” We haven’t traveled like that for thousands of years now! When we set out on a journey we “Time Travel!” Ok, now I’m getting really confused! I asked: “so, this spaceship is also a “Time Machine?” Smiling he said: “Precisely, if it wasn’t there would be no way we could ever travel to other galaxies in the universe! It’s just not possible! All of sudden everything went black again for a second or two and just like that we were back inside earth’s atmosphere! He was still talking, even bragging. But, still curious I asked him how does time travel work?” He said: “well, the technological explanation might be a little difficult for you to understand but how it works is like we travel between the “ticks” of a second hand on your earthling clock! We set our destination on the ships computer, hit initialize, and in just seconds we reach our destination! So, what would take earthlings hundreds of thousands of years to accomplish, we accomplish in seconds!!”
Hearing him explain time travel and even experiencing it at the same time has left me light headed! I know he’s not lying, we just did it! We traveled in seconds what would take us hundreds of thousands of years! Plus….and this is a big Plus! Here in the 21st century we haven’t even achieved “Light Speed” yet!! Now, a fear or a serious dread came over me! This time traveling space ship traveled a long way to reach Earth’s atmosphere and I can’t help but think this might not be a peaceful encounter with these time travelers! I figured, if I am going to die I might as well keep asking questions as long as this alien is willing to answer them! Dreading the answers to my next series of questions I decided to ease my way into them!
Before I could ask the next one, two more aliens walked into this room! I thought, well, at least now I know there are 3 aliens on board this craft, now I need to know if there are any more. They began conversing with each other in a strange language so I had no idea what they were talking about but once again I got chills when all three turned and stared at me for a second or two! When they were done talking the two left the room leaving me with the one I’ve been talking to all this time! The feeling of dread was increasing at an elevated level and somehow, I knew I could quite possibly be down to my last few minutes of life! My military survival training began to kick in, I began preparing myself for a fight to the death in case that’s what is waiting for me! I settled it in my heart. If I die…. I have no intentions of dying alone!
I asked the Alien: “Are you allowed to tell me what is your interest in earth, why did you come so far just to check out this one little planet among billions and billions of other stars in the universe? He gave me his “Bug-eyed,” cold dead stare and hesitated for a second. Shrugging his shoulders he said: “I guess I can tell you, I don’t see the harm in it.” His voice is still unnerving, it almost has its own echo when he talks! However, I was really interested in what his answer was going to be!
He said: “all of us living on the planet “Zin” are constantly faced with an emergency problem with the planet’s over population!” I asked: “why is that?” He continued: “you see, we are a very, very advanced civilization compared to yours here on earth, we have been free of viruses, harmful bacteria’s, deadly disease’s like cancer, heart attacks, deadly STD’s and things like these! Our species can now live up to one thousand years before finally dying of old age! I’m sure even you can see the problems that a life span like this can cause. The ability to feed, house, supply water and an elevated life style to the masses becomes very problematic as the planet becomes dangerously over crowded! So, at least every twenty years we are forced to find another planet compatible to our planet Zin, once we do then we have to literally move a large portion of our population to this new planet where they can survive in an acceptable environment! Your earth is just such a planet and once the decision is made by our Federation Council, we will be taking over your earth!! Nothing personal, but we need your planet in order for our Race to survive!”
I knew the answer to my next question but I had to hear it from him so there will be no misunderstandings when I kill this Alien bastard!! So, I asked: “What will become of all 8 billion humans who call earth Home, including me?” Like he was telling me a “Bedtime” story he didn’t hesitate: “well, unfortunately, your race will have go, you’re a violent destructive Race and we already know there will be a serious flaw in our compatibility one Race with the other so in order for us to live on earth in peace we have no choice except to terminate the human species of earth, the plants and animals of course will remain!” looking at me, giving me his creepy blank stare he said: “Don’t worry Mr. Matthews, you won’t feel anything, it won’t be painful and it will be quick!” I said: “Thank you, I appreciate you thinking of me this way!” Under my breath I said: “you no good, dirty son of a bitch!!” wanting to keep him talking, I asked: “so, that’s why I’m here on your spacecraft, so you can determine if your species are like humans and capable of living on earth?” He said: “exactly, we needed to know for a certainty that we will be biologically compatible with other living organisms of earth’s environment, it appears that earth is a good match for our people to survive on, and our tests on you have helped us to determine the safety of all “Zinonians that migrate to planet earth!
Anger was building up inside me like volcano getting ready to erupt! I need to calm down, I need to find a way to stop this from happening but what, how? I began studying everything inside this spaceship, every little thing, I focused on it, buttons, switches, knobs, flashing lights, everything! Before I could say a single thing the Alien said: “well, Mr. Matthews, we just got word from the federation Council, it’s all systems go!” I had to talk fast! I think I know what I’m going to do if I can get him to consider killing me last! I said: “will it be ok if you kill me last, I would like to at least say goodbye to my “Race” then I’ll be ready to go too!” He shrugged his shoulders and said: “If you wish.” I thought, good, this just might work.” The Alien was entering commands on his “Super Computer” and in an instant, we began circling the earth! A great bright laser beam was lighting up the night sky and I realized the he wasn’t just killing every human on the face of all the earth! He was vaporizing them! Reducing them to mere dust that will blow away with the wind! I felt a great emptiness deep in my soul! It literally took seconds for him to annihilate the entire human race, 8 billion men women and children!! I have never felt so much hatred for any living thing like what I’m feeling for these Aliens right now! I had a family, my Mother and Dad were still alive! I had an ex-wife and a son and daughter in their early teens! In my heart, I knew I was going to make these bastards pay for what they just did! Silently, I activated all my military training, silently I worked to expand my survival intelligence training! I even said a silent prayer to the God of heaven whom I’m sure does not approve of one species annihilating another species just so they can take control of their planet! I asked for wisdom, for courage, and for forgiveness for what I’m about to do!
Looking at me with his creepy eyes he said: “there, that wasn’t so bad was it Mr. Matthews, nobody felt a thing it was quick and merciful!” I’m finding it almost impossible to control my rage! He talks about destroying 8 billion lives like he talks about eating a nice meal!! Extreme self-control is required here! Faking a smile I said: “I appreciate it that you did it in a way that no one suffered!” He said: “of course….we are a Master Race, we are not Barbarians!” Grrrrr! I want to snatch the life right out of this jerk!!! Controlling myself, I said: “would it be possible for me to ask you for one final wish before you have to kill me?” he said: “I think I can accommodate you on one last request, what would you like?”
Ok, here goes. I said: “since I’ve been on this spacecraft for what, maybe ten minutes you have shown me magnificent things I never dreamed of! I believe that you really are time travelers but I’m curious, are you also able to travel back, into the past? I could see he liked hearing me brag about his species accomplishments! He said: “yes, of course we can go back in time, however, we are a forward moving Species and haven’t had much need to go back, why?” I said: “well, before I die I would like to experience going back in time just once if that’s ok with you!”
Giving me his crooked creepy smile he said: “I don’t see a problem with granting you such a wish, where in the past would you like to go?” Pretending like I was giving it some serious thought, I said: “well, nothing to spectacular, but just to be sure we are in the past, could you take me back to the exact place where you abducted me and let me see my car so I will know that’s where we really are?” He smiled even bigger saying: “my goodness, I thought you would give me something harder than that!” Ok, this is it! He’s falling for it!
Thoughts racing through my head! I’m going to need a lot determination, a lot of courage, and an extreme amount of luck to pull this off! I already determined that the “Red” button encapsulated in an acrylic casing up in the far right corner of the computer station is protected like that so it is not accidently pushed or nothing can accidently fall on it and start the “Self-Destruct” sequence that will blow this dam spaceship straight to hell! I also have concluded in my mind that the set of buttons on the wall in the corner of this room, by pushing one of them an outer door will open on the spacecraft that will allow me to jump and run like hell! The Alien started entering a few commands on his awesome computer and in less than a heartbeat we were right back in the desert where they abducted me! In the magic window, I saw my car! Silently, I thanked the God of heaven!! The Alien said: “there it is, your automobile right where we left it!” I asked: “can you lower the spacecraft closer to the ground so I can get a better look?” he said: “certainly,” and lowered the ship to about five feet from the ground! I’m literally holding my breath now! He said: “there you go!” I said: “thank you, you no good son of bitch! In a split second I gave him my most powerful Karate chop on his neck that I could bring up from the gates of hell! Collapsing his wind pipe! With the butt of my hand I hit him hard in his nose sending the nose bone straight into his brain, killing him instantly! I thought dam, I killed him easier than an earthling human!! I didn’t have time to waste! I opened the acrylic casing and pushed the red button! Nothing happened! I pushed it again, nothing!! Dam it!! I pushed it again and immediately a loud warning sounded off letting everybody on board know they need to abandon ship immediately!! My instincts are telling me to get ready for company and they were right! I stood by the door the other two Aliens came through a short while ago and in only seconds they came charging into the room! I grabbed the first one and gouged my thumbs into his ugly bulging eyes rendering him totally blind! Immediately I kicked the other one in the groin, assuming he has a groin that is! I got him in a choke hold and snapped his neck hearing the bones break I knew he also died instantly! I went to the one I blinded and snapped his neck as well! I figured time for me was running out! I ran to the buttons on the far wall and pushed all of them! It worked! A door opened also becoming ramp to walk down but I said to hell with that and I jumped and took off running into the night like Satan himself was chasing me!
My heart was telling me I needed to find some cover and fast! I have every reason to believe that when this spaceship explodes it’s going to be huge!! I came to a small sand dune and ran up and over the top, then I just dropped and rolled to the bottom on the other side! I doubled up in the fetal position and wrapped my arms around my head wanting to protect myself from falling debris once the ship blew up! After about 15 seconds it exploded like an atomic bomb! I thought holy shit, I hope that explosion wasn’t nuclear!! Once again, I was in luck! This was indeed a very advanced Alain Race so it turned out that they have achieved other powerful means for their weapons and their fuel so I didn’t get vaporized by a nuclear explosion! Whew, dodged a bullet there!! I laid there waiting for all kinds of debris to start landing on the ground, on me, on everything! But nothing happened! After about five minutes I got up and climbed back to the top of the “dune,” It was a really dark night so I made my way back to where the spaceship was when I jumped out. There wasn’t a trace of anything! Not even a crater that should be there after an explosion like that!
So that’s it! The spaceship literally disintegrated turning into dust and blown away by the desert wind! There’s no proof a spaceship was ever here, no way for me to prove that I had been abducted by aliens! Absolutely no proof that all eight billion humans had been completely annihilated and I managed to reverse the annihilation! no one will ever believe me that any of this ever happened! But I know it did! I will always know it happened but I settled it in my heart never to mention it to anyone! They will just label me as another “Whack Job” like so many others who claim to have been abducted by aliens!!
I headed for my car, starting the engine, I hesitated, turning the car around I headed back to Phoenix. I’m going talk to my ex-wife to see if we can work things out and maybe start a new life with her and my two children! I’m going to hug my kids and tell them how much I love them and promise I will always be there for them forever and ever! My advice to anyone who reads this story is you should tell those the closest to you that you love them with all your heart! Trust me, you almost lost the chance to do that before you were all killed by Aliens!! Hopefully, the Aliens from the planet Zin will realize they screwed up when they abducted this earthling human and decide it will be to their advantage to go looking for another planet somewhere else in this limitless universe to inhabit and leave us earthlings alone! Anything is possible! Oh, to all 8 billion humans I saved from extinction……your welcome!!!
